A Remarkable Photo Gallery

A soldier’s view of Korea in the 1960’s — it’s like an entirely different country. The photographer, Private Neil Mishalov, has a keen eye for detail that manages to portray Korea as being both seamy and deeply endearing.

    Maybe this comment dates me more than it makes any other point, but most of those photos could have been taken when I was on TDY to Camp Humphreys in 1993-4…
