When it comes to food provisions and aid diversion I often wonder to what extent the internal North Korean split plays a role, after all, through the Daily NK it seems there is a &#039;North North Korea&#039; and a &#039;South North Korea&#039; and depending on which part you live(d), there seem to be a lot of regional loyalty in whether you had access to food. Maybe this could explain why some parts of the country have experienced devastating famine and some parts &#039;just&#039; food shortages.</description>
