		<description>The groups are called ReACH (Rescuing Abductees Center for Hope) and C.H.N.K. (Citizens&#039; Coalition for Human Rights of Abductees and North Korean Refugees).  The former group is mainly Japanese families; the latter groups are mostly Korean families.  I know the Japanese gentleman who organizes some of these events and I believe him to be reputable.
