		<description>Your note on explaining there is more to diplomacy than making deals is exactly why I have been against 1-on-1 talks with the North Korea.  When you send people like Hill or so on to North Korea to negociate the pressure is to cut a deal and too often any kind of deal will do.  It is deemed too much a &quot;failure&quot; not to walk away with even a bad one.</description>
