Sure, there is a lot of feel good talk, but when one really sits back and thinks about North Korea&#8217;s sordid past, one cannot help but to conclude if Kim will finally come clean and admit his activities fully. I am not holding my breath. North Korea agreed in October to dismantle all of its nuclear facilities and to disclose all of its past and present nuclear programs by the end of the year in return for 950,000 metric tons of fuel oil or its equivalent in economic aid.
