The CIA really has update their website and list declassified 721 reports. I called DNI and they directed me to the reports section of their website. The recently declassified 2005 report is there.

January 1 - December 31, 2005: Unclassified Report to Congress on the Acquisition of Technology Relating to Weapons of Mass Destrucution and Advanced Conventional Munitions
http://www.dni.gov/reports/CDA%2011-14-2006.pdf

Also, did you find it odd that Mike McConnell, in his testimony to the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, didn't mention the HEU concerns in the "six party talks" section. I'm wondering whether that was intentional because of redundancies or because he didn't want to have any influence in derailing the talks. My inclination is that the latter is true, since all he stated was that the DPRK "has reaffirmed its September 2005 commitment in principle to full denuclearization, shut down its nuclear facilities at Yongbyon, and begun the process of disabling those facilities."

P.S. - The above statement, now in stream-o-vision. There's a little more detail in the video, including how Mr. Hill hopes to address human rights in the Third Phase of the talks. As if the DPRK needed more reasons stall Phase II.

Speaking of the Senate/denuclearization Chris Hill just addressed the Senate Foreign Relations Committee on the status of the Six-Party Talks:

With Lefkowitz's words still ringing in his ears I'm sure, Mr. Hill assures us all that "We continue to have good cooperation with the DPRK on implementation of agreed disablement tasks." At the same time he puts a lot of emphasis on a "complete and correct" nuclear declaration which personally makes me think even more that they had received an incomplete and incorrect version, like you mentioned before. He goes on to restate our alliance with Japan and briefly mentions DPRK's humanitarian needs "On a separate track." Well I don't know about you but I'm completely reassured...
