Why not try to worry about your own nation first, instead of bugging North Korea? America isn't a paragon of world peace either, as the wars in Iraq & Afghanistan prove. Oh well, right-wing sheeple will always be right-wing sheeple.

reunification and economic justice on the Korean peninsula

That is the part that probably sets me off the most...

It's part of that "Who are we!!" mentality: "Who are we to say Juche doesn't work? Look at us!! We're the ones with the problem..."

Economic justice on the Korean peninsula. Translation: when is South Korea going to realize the corrupt nature of capitalism and fully embrace the glory of socialism...?

I can never understand why these people just don't stick to ripping apart the US or SK or France or whatever...

...they can have quiet a career in academia or whatever just ripping the "us" apart.

Why do a certain trend among them decide to weld that together with a defense of the indefensible?

In Pyongyang, in 2004, one of us asked him if an “evil dictator” was the cause of the famine. He responded that, to the contrary, what he observed was that because of North Korea’s exceptional centralized food distribution system and collective spirit, a great many lives were saved.

Good thing I wasn't eating or drinking anything when I read that. Do you think Christine Ahn is an agent or an incredibly naive tool to take at face value and cite a comment made by an aid worker in the presence of North Korean officials?
