Guess who just shook hands with Bill Clinton?

Pyongyang, August 4 (KCNA) -- Bill Clinton, former president of the United States, and his party arrived here Tuesday by air.

They were greeted by Yang Hyong Sop, vice-president of the Presidium of the Supreme People's Assembly, and Kim Kye Gwan, vice-minister of Foreign Affairs.

A little girl presented a bouquet to Bill Clinton.

Maybe he's just very ill. Not exactly a spring chicken.
Or - to start a rumor - maybe he defected...

Or maybe he's waiting around while whatever will replace the Six-Party Talks evolves into something more solid.

Really, it's kind of pointless to speculate about him right now. If he's still not around when talks begin, that's another story.
