LiNK (Liberation in North Korea) and Korean Youth United present the International Symposium on Human Rights in North Korea: Engaging University Students and Civil Society. The symposium will include a full day of presentations and panels featuring expert researchers, activists, former North Korean political prisoners and North Korean, South Korean and Korean-American university student leaders.

Speakers will come from the World Citizens’ Organization, Jungto/Good Friends, Citizens’ Alliance for North Korean Human Rights, the North Korea Database Center and the Democracy Network against North Korean Gulag. Honored guests include the Korea Peace Forum.

3:00–University students from North Korea, South Korea and the United States present
their current and future activities.

4:00–Special screening of Seoul Train, award-wining documentary film on North
Korean refugees in China
