North Korean UAVs?

The alleged North Korean war plan suggests that the North Koreans have recon UAVs. The Marmot is asking just what kind of airframe it could be. In the pre-Internet days, I read reports that the North Koreans had an indigenous UAV program, but I can’t find anything on that now. According to this site, however, the North Koreans bought a few of these TU-141s from the Russians.

It sure doesn’t look very stealthy to me. I’d be more concerned about the remote-controlled ANT-2s, or some of the other Russian-made UAVs.
