Peter Hitchens on Pyongyang

Not sure if I’ve linked this before, but Peter Hitchens (brother of Christopher) has published . He runs off the rails at the last sentence of his otherwise excellent piece, when he fails to describe just what kind of policy should be adopted, and how this would really work in practice. Whatever it is, I’m almost certain it’s been tried.
