Say what you want about Norbert Vollertsen; you can’t deny his acute grasp of the power of agitation. I strongly agree with him that the North Koreans must lead the movement for their own liberation. Next step? A government in exile. Step-by-step, that government can then seek to reach the North Korean people and have a positive influence in their lives.

So how long till Roh shuts it down?
