Royce introduces bill to toughen sanctions on N. Korea; subcommittee holds hearing
The big news yesterday was that Ed Royce, the Chairman of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, has introduced a sequel to the North Korea Sanctions and Policy Enhancement Act, or NKSPEA.
