Two Out of Two Koreas Agree: The Sanctions Are Working.

South Korea and Japan say they oppose lifting sanctions against North Korea before North Korea disarms. North Korea says it won’t attend six-party disarmament talks until sanctions are lifted. From this, we can safely conclude that the sanctions are working. Perhaps if we were to intensify them, North Korea would stop underestimating us at last.
