So What Kind of Place Could This Be?
Found 4.7 kilometers due south of Sinuiju Station:
It’s not on David Hawk’s map. The Sinuiju Detention Center is a nondescript building inside Sinuiju itself. So does anyone know anyone from that area, who can give some ground-level confirmation?

Are you sure it isn’t a chemical weapons factory?
I’ve seen those reports, though I’m not sure I’d call them credible.
But this site gives no suggestion of chemical manufacturing or storage (tanks, for example).
